General Summary:
The Full Stack Software Developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining web applications across the entire technology stack, from front-end user interfaces to back-end services and APIs. This role owns feature implementation from design through deployment, using JavaScript, Python, Nuxt, and Vue.js to deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable software. The Full Stack Software Developer works cross-functionally with product management, design, QA, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality product capabilities. Familiarity with VoIP open-sourced software such as FreeSWITCH and Kamailio is a plus and is considered an asset for projects involving telephony and real-time communications.
Essential Job Functions:
โ€ข Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack web applications using JavaScript, Python, Nuxt, Docker, GitLab, and Vue.js
โ€ข Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and backend services in Python
โ€ข Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using Vue.js and Nuxt
โ€ข Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established coding standards
โ€ข Help ensure application security, performance, and reliability across the stack
โ€ข Manage source control, branching, and merge request workflows using GitLab
โ€ข Participate in peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback
โ€ข Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines within GitLab
