We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to help design, build, and support applications and integrations that power WWT's Master Data & Governance platforms.
You will work closely with analysts, product owners, and senior developers to translate business needs into scalable, reliable IT solutions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, and motivated to grow both technical and business knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Champion WWT Core Values and best practices
- Integrate AI capabilities where they add measurable value, utilizing AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Windsurf) to improve productivity and code quality
- Design, develop, and enhance custom software, APIs, integrations, and database applications across legacy and modern master data platforms
- Demonstrate technical leadership by owning complex technical challenges, leveraging deep knowledge of relevant technologies, frameworks, and tools
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns, providing constructive feedback to the team to maintain code quality
