GMD® GmbH develops AI-powered IoT sensor solutions for natural hazard prevention and climate resilience in alpine regions. Our systems combine advanced sensing, real-time data streams, and geospatial intelligence to monitor rockfalls, landslides, floods, and critical infrastructure. To strengthen our platform and visualization capabilities, we are looking for a WebGIS & Frontend Developer with a focus on interactive mapping, real-time data visualization, and intuitive user interfaces for geospatial applications.

Your Responsibilities
  • Development of modern WebGIS frontends for our GeoSenseAI® platform
  • Visualization of real-time data from sensors, weather stations, radar, and satellite sources
  • Development of interactive map and dashboard solutions
  • Collaboration with data scientists, hardware engineers, and geoinformatics experts
  • Occasional field deployments for maintenance and installation of monitoring systems
  • Project management responsibilities
