Job Title: Web Designer 1

Location: Birmingham, AL (Hybrid)

Contract: 36 Months

Skills and Responsibilities

· Create webpages and maintain them on both internal (SharePoint) and external (HTML) platforms

· Create graphics for a variety of projects - posters, brochures, webpages, invitations, etc.

· Assist with events for Safety, Labor, and Workforce Development as needed including behind the scenes and day of logistics, etc.

· Create communications of all types including planned and pop up with short deadlines

· Assist with projects for entities'/boards we are involved in that may not be directly tied to

Special Notes

Candidate will work at the APC HQ office. Initially will need to report to the office 5 days a week to get the feel for everything and what we do. Hybrid schedule may be an option after a trial period (3 days in the office at least).
