Job description

Position Summary The Front End Web Developer 1 is responsible for coding approved designs into functional web page templates using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript. This role supports email template creation and develops creative JavaScript solutions to launch A/B tests across the website.Position Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Expand and maintain website content using the EPiServer CMS.

  • Create responsive promotional landing pages following standard HTML/CSS best practices.

  • Collaborate with web designers to align implementation with visual design intent.

  • Craft and execute A/B tests using lightweight JavaScript snippets that run quickly and efficiently via software like Optimizely.

  • Support email creation and execution within the CDP.

  • Integrate and utilize vendor APIs to build engaging revenuedriving widgets.

  • Document and communicate work progress using projectplanning tools (e.g., Trello, JIRA).

  • Work autonomously to manage workload, priorities, and deadlines effectively.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) or equivalent from four-year college in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred. Working knowledge of web development or web design. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficient knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, AJAX, JavaScript, and jQuery best practices. Proficient in cross-platform and browser compatibility issues. Familiarity with SEO, Performance, Security and Accessibility best practices. Familiarity with software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop and content management systems.

Position Hiring Range

The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time.

Compensation: $70,304.00 - $93,857.00

Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members.Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy.Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.

Additional available benefits upon meeting eligibility requirements include:
