Job Summary
HP PageWide Web Press technology powers some of the world's most productive industrial printing systems, operating 24x7 in demanding customer production environments. This role develops the software and firmware that directly control and optimize large-scale electromechanical systems where milliseconds matter and software quality directly impacts uptime, print quality, and customer revenue.
You will work across the full product lifecycle, delivering Digital Front End (DFE), Press Software, and Firmware solutions-from architecture and design through on-press validation and customer deployment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, integrate, and maintain software and/or firmware for HP PageWide Web Press platforms.
  • Build distributed, multi-threaded, and event-driven systems interacting with real-time hardware and industrial controls.
  • Translate product and system requirements into robust, maintainable implementations.
  • Collaborate with writing systems, industrial controls, mechanical, electrical, quality, service, and product teams.
  • Execute automated and manual test strategies, including lab and on-press validation.
  • Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews.
  • Investigate and resolve issues found in development and customer environments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this role is $93,400.00 - 135,400.00 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
