Qualifications
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
         Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
         2+ years experience with web development. 
         3+ years experience with Microsoft Visual Basic and/or Java. 
         2+ years experience using:
         Microsoft IIS, Active Server Pages, HTML, VB Script, Java Script or .NET platform and/or Apache, JSP, HTML and JavaScript, Java Script.  - I know HTML, Javascript, and VB Script.
         1+ years experience with development on mobile platforms (Android and iOS). - 1 year at my HyNite app and 3 years professional website responsive design
         3+ years experience in database technologies: Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle.  - 1 year school
         Ability to communicate in an effective manner with other technical team members and interface directly with system users. - I speak very clearly and make sure everyone on the team is on the same page.
         Ability to work effectively and independently, in a team environment. - I work very well in both environments.  I've worked in a cubicle, in a pod, and in a small open floor 5 man business.
