Role: Java Developer with Web and Internet Technologies
Location: Peoria, IL
Duration: 3 - 6 Months
Top Three Skills:
1. 8-10+ years of experience as java developer working with web and internet technologies
2. 5+ years of experience with service oriented architecture and object oriented development
3. 2 years of experience working with Azure
4. 5+ years experience with API design and development including RESTful API
Must Have:
AWS experience is required
Azure experience is a huge plus.
Job Description:
This team needs an experienced Azure Java Developer to join the SIS team for approx 3-6 months to assist with the development of web services for an existing application. They would be expected to develop web services and assist with increasing the knowledge of the current team.
-This person will assist with design and development of a custom development solution for Technical Information Services.
-Key responsibilities include analysis, design, development, implementation, and testing in a high performing, experienced team.
Additional Information:
Person must be proficient in following:
• JSP, JPA, Spring, Spring boot, XML, SQL
• Unit and functional testing
• Prior experience with Agile development (SCRUM)
• Prior experience with VSTS
Desirable
