Myers and Stauffer LC is a certified public accounting and health and human services consulting firm, specializing in audit, accounting, data management and consulting services to government-sponsored health care programs (primarily state Medicaid agencies, and the federal Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services). We have 45+ years of experience assisting our government clients with complex health care reimbursement and provider compliance issues, operate 21 offices and have over 900 associates nationwide.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience required

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Participate as a key member on the development team
  • Understand common OOP concepts and design patterns
  • Self-review of skill gaps to cover with our quarterly training hours
  • Learn and apply change management and SLDC processes and tools
  • Eager to learn the supported business line(s) primary functions
  • Build professional relationships with business and IT members to deliver solid solutions
  • Be able to admit and learn from mistakes
  • Work on multiple concurrent assignments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 1 year of related work experience required, 3+ years preferred
  • Experience in .NET; .NET Core and beyond preferred
  • Experience with ASP.NET; ASP.NET Core preferred
  • Experience with C#, JavaScript, and SQL languages preferred
  • Familiarity with web services and web APIs preferred
  • Experience with CI/CD a plus
  • Must be able to occasionally work independently on projects and within a remote team environment
  • Maintain lines of communication through various mediums
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
