Job Summary:
The SailPoint IdentityNow Expert will work for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program within a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, architects, program managers and will have strong technical implementation experience with SailPoint IdentityNow. Success for this role is centered upon your ability to provide deep technical expertise for design, testing, deployment and operations of SailPoint IdentityNow.
The Role will:
  • Perform the full range of Identity Governance Administration (IGA) project delivery using SailPoint IdentityNow.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for SailPoint IdentityNow, providing design, testing, implementation and operational support (including troubleshooting for complex issues).

  • Assisting with the building of scripts and other customizations as necessary for successful IGA deployment.

  • Assist with production of IGA technical and process documentation.

  • Implementation of IGA requirements and processes.

  • Providing professional SailPoint IdentityNow subject matter expertise to colleagues.

  • Perform code reviews with and for IAM team members.

  • Drive and support SailPoint IdentityNow related testing, QA and training materials.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
  • Strong and proven experience and technical skills with implementing and supporting SailPoint IdentityNow.

  • Experience with Java, PowerShell, LDAP, ServiceNow, Postman, VSCode IDE, JSON, Velocity Template Language (VTL).

  • Deep experience with SailPoint IdentityNow in developing custom workflows, connectors, rules, roles, and compliance campaigns.

  • Experience configuring connections for multiple types of applications such as Active Directory, Workday, ServiceNow, database connections, and web services/REST

  • Experience with cloud-based deployments and technologies

  • Good awareness of other IAM tools and the IAM technical landscape, technological developments and trends

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-organized and self-driven to execute work assigned.

  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks being worked on simultaneously.

  • One or more Security certifications (i.e., CISSP, CCSP, CISM)

Qualifications:
  • Must meet all eligibility requirements outlined in DOD Instruction 1322.29 and NAVADMIN 222/15. Required
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer engineering, management information systems or related field; or equivalent work experience in a medium or large corporate environment or military service/experience
  • 5+ years designing, configuring, implementing/deploying and maintaining an IGA solution such as SailPoint or equivalent tool in an enterprise environment.
  • 2+ years proven experience designing, implementing/deploying and supporting solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow
  • SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer
  • Scripting experience
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work within globally dispersed and cross-functional teams.
  • Broad knowledge of information technology in various application and infrastructure platforms including network (physical, virtual, internal, cloud), system platforms, storage, directory services, and end user computing.
  • Good time management habits, ability to multitask, and to sustain focus on long tasks.Ability to communicate thoughts and technical ideas
  • Attitude of taking initiative, enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, teamwork, and creativity.
  • The ability to prioritize effectively, balance assigned work and exceptional organization skills required for our constantly evolving environments
