The Trailblazer Internship Program is a twelve-week summer internship created by Flexware Innovation based in Fishers and Valparaiso, IN. This program includes real-world projects with Flexware clients and an opportunity to solve technical problems. During the program, students can expect professional development training, building a peer network with other talented students, and mentoring by Flexware engineers.
We encourage all undergraduate students that meet the following requirements to submit an application to the Trailblazer program:
  • Majoring in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Automated Systems and Integration Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering Technology, Mechatronics Engineering Technology, or another technical concentration
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher
  • Strong interest in careers within manufacturing and technology (previous internship experience highly preferred)
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
