Position Overview
The State of Texas is seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise web-based applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft .NET technologies, Blazor, SQL, Oracle, and modern web application development, along with a strong understanding of Agile development practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, debug, document, and maintain enterprise web-based applications.
- Develop front-end and back-end solutions using C# .NET, Blazor, SQL, Oracle, and SQL Server.
- Build and enhance client/server and web applications following industry best practices.
- Analyze business requirements and collaborate with business users, architects, and systems analysts to deliver technical solutions.
- Support production applications by troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing enhancements.
- Develop and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance software solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional development teams.
- Recommend improvements to application development processes and standards.
Required Experience
- Extensive experience developing enterprise web-based applications.
- Strong experience with C#/.NET, .NET Core, Blazor, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, and Stored Procedures.
- Experience with Agile SDLC methodologies.
- Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
- Experience with application debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Experience gathering requirements and working closely with business stakeholders.
- Experience presenting application demonstrations and obtaining business approval.
- Experience migrating or porting applications from Java or Windows Forms to C# .NET Blazor.
- Knowledge of Responsive Web Design principles.
- Experience implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
- Experience developing mobile applications using Visual Studio, .NET Core, and DevExpress is highly preferred.
- Previous experience working with Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) systems is highly preferred.

- Recent State Government project experience.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
