Your Role & Responsibilities
  • Our company providesFluid Management& Engineering Services for Aerospace, Automotive, Medical, Precision Bearing, Defense industries with monitoring/maintaining their metalworking fluids consisting ofcoolants, cutting oil,cleaners, rust preventatives, lubricants, etc.

  • Primary role is performing fluid sampling for concentration control with refractometer and titration, maintaining our Fluid

  • Management Dashboard, communicate findings/recommendations to customer management team, communicate rechargesof fluids to maintenance team lead, inventory management, purchasing of fluids, coordinate fluid changeouts with maintenance team, provide metalworking concentrate adds to customer, monitor lubricant adds, maintain fluids and lubricant storage area.

  • Fluid Management & Engineering Services is a strategic service component that helps to improve our customers' processes, part quality, machine downtime, tool life, and overall operating costs. We have experienced consistent growth and always strive to provide our customers with the best products and services available. We help our customers with the manufacturing of Jet Engines, Helicopters, Airplane Landing Gear.

Your ProfileEducation and Experience:
  • Seeking an applicant who is hard-working, follows direction, works well with others and independently, and ability to manager detail.

  • Experience in handling Metalworking/Manufacturing Fluids and/or Machine Lubricants preferred, but not a requirement.

  • No electrical or hydraulic knowledge or experience required. Site Leader/Fluid Technician will be trained and report to Brenntag Program and Engineering Manager.

  • Applicants must be US citizens and pass background/security check and drug test.

  • Applicants must have valid driver's license reliable transportation. Environmental, health and safety training will be provided.

  • Currently looking for a second shift technician, 40-45 hours per week.
