We are seeking a Programmer Analyst 6 (.NET C# Developer) to join our team. This role will involve developing and supporting enterprise applications, enhancing existing systems, and working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in .NET Core development, REST APIs, SQL development, and web application technologies, along with a passion for building secure and scalable software solutions.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer to support enterprise applications for a large government client. The selected candidate will work in a developer/analyst role providing maintenance, enhancements, and technical support for mission-critical applications. This role requires strong backend development experience along with front-end web development skills and experience working in Agile teams.


Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience with .NET Core 3.1 or higher (6.0 preferred) and C#
  • 5+ years of experience developing RESTful Web APIs / Web Services
  • 5+ years of experience with SQL, including writing and maintaining complex SELECT, INSERT, and UPDATE statements
  • 3+ years of experience developing document upload functionality for web applications
  • 5+ years of experience working in Agile / SCRUM environments
  • 5+ years of experience working with Git code repositories
  • 5+ years of experience developing unit and regression tests
  • Strong front-end experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience developing secure web applications (SQL injection prevention, cross-site scripting protection, etc.)
  • Experience with Azure DevOps / TFS
  • Familiarity with SendGrid
  • Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
  • Experience working with Identity Provider (IdP) integrations using OpenID Connect (OIDC) or SAML
  • Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar SDLC tools
