Web Dev Interns often encounter challenges such as unfamiliarity with codebases, adapting to agile workflows, and balancing learning with delivering on deadlines. It's common to feel overwhelmed at first, but regularly seeking guidance from mentors, breaking down tasks into manageable pieces, and actively participating in team stand-ups can help. Collaborating closely with other developers and asking questions early on also fosters growth and ensures smoother integration into the team's projects.

To thrive as a Web Dev Intern, you need a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development concepts, often supported by coursework or personal projects. Familiarity with code editors, version control systems like Git, and frameworks such as React or Bootstrap is highly beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn, and effective communication help you adapt quickly and collaborate with team members. These skills are crucial for contributing to real-world projects, receiving feedback, and building a foundation for a successful web development career.
