Content Editing & Publishing (25%)

  • Manage daily CMS updates, including content publishing, editing, and quality assurance across web properties.

  • Ensure all published content adheres to established brand voice, style guidelines, and visual standards.

  • Maintain content accuracy and consistency across digital channels.

Website & Email Production (25%)

  • Design and develop email communications that drive accuracy, engagement, and measurable performance.

  • Build visually compelling webpage and email layouts leveraging CMS widgets and design tools.

  • Incorporate photography, iconography, and other visual elements to enhance copy and bring digital content to life.

  • Support ongoing improvements to website functionality and performance.

SEO, ADA Compliance & Continuous Optimization (20%)

  • Hands-on CMS experience (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore, or similar platforms).

  • Experience with SEO tools, including SEMrush.

  • Experience supporting integrated digital marketing campaigns.

  • Experience with Siteimprove or similar accessibility and analytics platforms.

  • Experience with digital asset management and visual design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
