Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly detail-oriented Website Content & Quality Assurance Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for reviewing website pages to identify design inconsistencies, formatting problems, broken links, content inaccuracies, SEO issues, usability concerns, and overall user experience improvements.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to communicate findings clearly and professionally. This position requires the ability to create detailed reports that include screenshots, page references, URL links, indexing information, and recommended corrections while collaborating with management and development teams to maintain high website standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in website quality assurance, content review, digital publishing, SEO optimization, or web operations.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed audits and reviews of website pages and digital content
  • Identify and document website issues including:
    • Formatting inconsistencies
    • Broken links and navigation errors
    • Grammar, spelling, and content inaccuracies
    • Layout and visual design issues
    • Mobile responsiveness concerns
    • Accessibility and usability problems
    • SEO structure and optimization opportunities
    • Missing images, metadata, or page elements
  • Prepare organized reports with:
    • Screenshots and visual references
    • URL links and affected page indexes
    • Detailed explanations of issues found
    • Recommended corrections and improvements
  • Ensure website pages follow SEO best practices including:
    • Proper heading structures
    • Meta descriptions and title optimization
    • Keyword-friendly formatting

    • Internal linking structure
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, content teams, and management to communicate findings and track issue resolution

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Web Design, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field preferred

  • Strong understanding of website structure, navigation, and user experience principles
