We're searching for passionate individuals eager to contribute to Alpaca's rapid growth. If you align with our core values—Stay Curious, Have Empathy, and Be Accountable—and are ready to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply.

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who combines exceptional craft with deep production expertise. Working within the brand vision and creative direction, you'll translate campaign concepts into polished, consistent assets across a wide range of go-to-market channels.

This is a highly hands-on role. You'll spend most of your time designing and producing work for integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, demand-generation programs, sales enablement, events, partnerships, and corporate communications. You'll bring senior judgment to the execution—anticipating production needs, solving problems independently, and ensuring every deliverable is accurate, on-brand, and appropriate for its audience and channel.

Experience in fintech or financial services is a strong advantage. We operate in a trust-sensitive, highly technical space where clarity, consistency, and attention to detail matter.

What you'll do
  • Translate established creative concepts and brand direction into polished assets across multiple go-to-market channels
  • Produce campaign deliverables for web, paid and organic social, email, landing pages, events, webinars, print, and other digital formats
  • Create sales and partner collateral, including presentations, pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, solution briefs, and reports.
  • Support product launches, demand-generation campaigns, account-based marketing programs, and regional go-to-market initiatives
  • Adapt core campaign ideas into channel-specific executions while preserving a consistent visual story
  • Partner with marketing, sales, content, communications, and regional teams to understand requirements and manage deliverables
  • Turn complex financial and technical information into clear, credible, and visually engaging materials
  • Build and maintain reusable templates and modular asset systems that improve production speed and consistency
  • Apply Alpaca's established standards for typography, color, illustration, iconography, imagery, and layout
  • Prepare production-ready files and perform detailed quality assurance across formats, specifications, links, copy, and brand requirements
  • Manage multiple concurrent requests, communicate tradeoffs, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Provide thoughtful craft feedback and help improve production practices across the creative team
What we're looking for
  • 7+ years of professional experience in graphic, visual, brand, or marketing design
  • A portfolio demonstrating exceptional execution across integrated campaigns, digital marketing, presentations, and sales collateral
  • Significant experience producing multi-channel go-to-market assets within an established brand and creative direction
  • Agency or high-volume in-house experience, with the ability to manage multiple briefs and deliverables simultaneously
  • Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Advanced presentation-design skills, particularly for executive, sales, and customer-facing materials
  • Strong knowledge of production requirements across digital, social, web, presentation, and print formats
  • Excellent typography, composition, layout, and information-hierarchy skills
  • The ability to extend a creative concept across formats without diluting or unnecessarily reinventing it
  • Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to file organization, version control, specifications, and final quality assurance
  • Experience collaborating with creative directors, designers, marketers, copywriters, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • The maturity to receive direction and feedback, ask productive questions, and execute independently once alignment is established
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, developer tools, infrastructure, data, enterprise software, or another technical industry
Nice to have
  • Motion design experience using After Effects, Lottie, or similar tools
  • Experience supporting global or regionalized campaigns
  • Familiarity with localization and creating adaptable campaign toolkits
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup or distributed in-house creative team
How We Take Care of You:
  • Competitive Salary & Stock Options
  • Health Benefits
  • New Hire Home-Office Setup: One-time USD $500
  • Monthly Stipend: USD $150 per month via a Brex Card
