Our network is the place you go to learn about the issues that plague our planet, and to discover the solutions to them. iFLIP4 educates. It inspires. It empowers, all in the name of the world's greatest causes--and the best part: it's driven by you.

We have been featured in the New York Post and the Brown Daily Herald. We are also the recipients of the C.V. Starr Social Entrepreneurship Fellowship.
We have iFLIP4 Ambassadors (campus representatives) on 40 college and high school campuses in the US, UK, and Canada.

Job Description

We want to change the world. We're a team of fast-executing social entrepreneurs on a mission to build the future of social change. We've bootstrapped our development so far, but we've gotten to a critical point in our growth where we want to add a lead web designer. 

Your role will be to take iFLIP4.com to the next level in terms of usability and design. What we're building has never been done before. We're looking for someone who is absolutely dedicated to changing the world through web design.  

We don't want someone who will say yes and implement every feature we ask for. What we want is a partner. Someone to bounce ideas off of, someone with a vision for the future of our company, and someone who has the desire and drive to make it a reality.

Qualifications
  1. Design & Typography Background--you're ready to shape the look and feel of iFLIP4

  2. Ability to create site maps, wireframes, and visual layouts

  3. Understanding of responsive web design, webfonts and grids

  4. Ability to build and add to the social and interactive experience of iFLIP4.com

  5. Incredible attention to detail, but still able to see the big picture

  6. Strong UI/UX background

  7. Proficient in Adobe creative suite

  8. Can create layouts for email campaigns

  9. Pursuing or hold a degree in Graphic Design, Web Design or similar

  10. Photo editing experience a plus

  11. Experience designing mobile apps a plus
Additional Information

Time and Pay:

This is primarily an equity position, with a negotiable stipend to start. We are located in East Hanover, NJ, and telecommuting is fine with us.
