- 3+ years within Bachelor degree in a design-related field, though master's preferred
- At least two year's experience in either UI/UX, product or visual design, with an emphasis on web-based products
- An understanding of user research methods, preferably with experience in interviewing users and synthesizing results
- Experience with creating, maintaining and updating branding style guides and component libraries.
- Extensive knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, Framer, or others
Additional responsibilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, familiar with tools like Slack
- Estimate, plan, and execute working with varying levels of functional specifications and requirements
