What does a web design team lead do?

A Web Design Team Lead is responsible for managing and guiding a team of web designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites. They oversee design projects from conception to completion, ensuring that design standards and client requirements are met. Additionally, they mentor team members, provide feedback, and help resolve any design-related challenges.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a web design team lead?

To thrive as a Web Design Team Lead, you need expertise in web design principles, user experience (UX), front-end development, and a strong portfolio, often supported by a degree in design or related fields. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills help you guide teams and collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
