Join our dynamic project management team, supported by a structured PMO, reliable tools and a culture of continuous improvement. You'll take on a variety of software, web and mobile development mandates, all supported by a rigorous follow-up methodology.
As a Senior Project Manager at Spiria, you will be required to:
  • Lead teams in the design, execution and delivery of digital projects;
  • Establish a relationship of trust with our clients by acting as their main point of contact and advisor;
  • Keep projects on track in terms of time, budget and functionality, using performance indicators and Earned Value Management (EVM);
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding and interest in the business reality and objectives pursued by customers;
  • Identify the risks, estimate the efforts, anticipate the challenges and optimize the use of resources throughout the project;
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of project management processes and the sharing of best practices within the team;
  • Adapt communication according to interlocutors, context and objectives, while maintaining a fluid and professional collaboration;
  • Enable a collaborative climate by resolving minor conflicts in a professional manner and motivating the team towards common goals;
  • Any other related tasks.
The keys to your success
  • 8 years of professional experience in digital project management (software, web, mobile, etc.);
  • Have a university degree in management or computer science;
  • Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written)*;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate well within multidisciplinary teams;
  • Strong autonomy and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to adapt quickly to achieve objectives on time;
  • Knowledge of Earned Valued Management methodology;
  • Knowledge of Project Management Institute (PMI) PMBOK standard;
  • Concrete experience with Jira and Confluence in a professional context;
  • Good knowledge of Agile management principles;
  • PMP, Scrum and Product Owner certification (an asset).
