TheAssociate Technical Project Manageris responsible for leading clients through small website builds and maintenance projects.If you've had any exposure to digital marketing (and we hope you have), you'll know that the website is the engine, the heartbeat, the very center point of digital success. So you'll be right in the middle of the action, getting exposure to the whole digital landscape from design to implementation, digital advertising to SEO.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be:

  • Working independently and partnering with the project team to ensure website maintenance and site build projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Educating and leading clients through the digital marketing project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution.

You will:

  • Plan, schedule, and develop timelines.
  • Gather and refine user stories and requirements.
  • Manage and update site content and features.
  • Engage in QA, UAT, and troubleshooting.
  • Synthesize information (requirements, client feedback, industry trends, etc.) to produce web content.
  • Act as the main point of contact for end users, connecting the dots between business requirements and website implementation.
  • Provide updates on project work and escalate issues as necessary.
