Job description

Artisan Partners' EMsights Capital Group seeks a Product & Content Specialist to support the team's emerging markets debt strategies. This role partners closely with the investment team, business development, and marketing to help communicate portfolio positioning, performance, and market insights to institutional clients and prospects.
The Product & Content Specialist will play a key role in developing high-quality written and digital materials, supporting client service efforts, and helping translate complex investment concepts into clear, compelling communications. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to deepen their expertise in emerging markets debt while gaining exposure to product strategy and client engagement.
Location: Boston, MA
Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000
Specific placement within the provided range will be determined by an individual's geographic location as well as relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Associates may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon Firm and individual performance.
Responsibilities
The candidate can expect to:
  • Support portfolio managers and the business development team in communicating the team's investment philosophy, portfolio positioning, and performance
  • Assist in preparing materials for client meetings, consultant presentations, and investment committee discussions
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including presentations, portfolio commentaries, thought leadership pieces, web content, and sales materials
  • Analyze portfolio performance and attribution data to help craft investor-facing commentary
  • Collaborate with distribution and marketing teams to respond to client requests, RFPs, and RFIs
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends, providing summary insights to the team
  • Assist in preparing materials for finals presentations and prospect meetings
  • Help maintain an organized library of product materials and ensure messaging consistency across platforms
  • Support ongoing client service efforts, including periodic portfolio updates and market reviews
  • Contribute to written and digital communications intended for institutional audiences

Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have:
  • 2-4 years of experience in asset management, investment marketing, product strategy, or a related role
  • Familiarity with emerging markets debt or fixed income markets preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate investment concepts into clear messaging
  • Solid analytical skills, including comfort working with performance and attribution data
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 15-20%)
  • CFA progress or interest is a plus
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required (or obtained within first 6 months of employment)
