Job description

Ocean Bay, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Web Content Specialist in Washington, DC.
Position Description:
  • This individual must have experience in writing and editing, documentation, writing/editing effective training materials, using a presentation app, providing quality control of data/content, and presenting outreach training to staff.
  • The position edits content manages any reviews needed and uses the Content Management Systems (CMS) to upload, maintain, and post content on agency websites and intranets.
  • This involves optimizing text for SEO and ensuring all web pages are compliant with federal accessibility laws (Section 508). In addition, this position will coordinate the Agency's quarterly certification process for up-to-date information.
  • The individuals must have the ability to use graphic applications to crop, recolor, resize, and manipulate web images when needed.
  • This position will coordinate processes and procedures.

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or in a related discipline.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in web content management, 3 of which shall be within the last 5 years.
  • Transportation experience, especially in highway and surface transportation is preferred

Security Requirements:
  • Background check
  • Top Secret Clearance
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements.
  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
  • Successful Pass of Background Investigation, Drug Screening and Credit Check
