Team Leader will be tasked with developing a timeline and assigning deliverables within a specific area to members of team, including themselves. The Team Lead will be tasked with reporting on team's progress. Responsible for implementing and executing daily tasks within given department.

2nd Shift: 4x10; M-Th 6pm-4:30am
(Associate will train on 1st shift then move to 2nd)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the execution of daily tasks.
  • Working with Web coding, lamination machines, sledding and web sledding, and web converting
  • Experience in label manufacturing is a plus
  • Experience as a Machine Operator and looking to work simultaneously as both an operator and lead
  • Liaison between Manufacturing Manager and Machine operators
  • Schedule daily activities to meet production planning requirements.
  • Assist in general supervision of team members.
  • Act in the capacity of backup to direct Supervisor or Manager during off hours or absenteeism.
  • Acts as a backup to team due to absenteeism when required.
  • Assemble product components to meet production schedules.
  • Oversee day-to-day activities.
  • Monitor production performance and report on metrics.
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching.
  • Train individuals to perform tasks within department.
