Custom Business Solutions, a Michigan-based talent agency, is seeking an experienced Front-End Software Engineer for software development role. Qualified candidates submitting an application will be considered for this contract to hire opportunity.

The Front-End Software Engineer will design, develop, and support responsive, high-performance web and mobile applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React. This role will focus on delivering quality, reusable code, translating designs and business requirements into technical solutions, supporting production applications, and collaborating with and mentoring other developers.

REQUIRED SKILLS
4+ years professional front-end / web development experience
Advanced vanilla JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
React and modern front-end development frameworks
Responsive web and mobile application development
Single-page application (SPA) development
Cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
Front-end build, debugging, and profiling tools
Webpack, Grunt, Chrome Developer Tools, or similar technologies
Ability to translate designs and business requirements into quality code
Build, deployment, and release processes
Production troubleshooting, triage, and application support
