You Mission:

In this role, you willbe responsible forthe design, development, deployment, and support of Little Caesars Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and infrastructure layer. You will have complete responsibility for mission critical application infrastructure, including design, implementation, and execution. This position is part of the Enterprise Technology team and involved in current and future infrastructure decisions to support LittleCaesarsstrategic initiatives. You will alsobe responsible fortheselectionof technologies, implementation, standard enforcement, support, and management. You will design,negotiateand ensure compliancetoservice level agreements (SLAs) inclusive of all infrastructure vendors.

What You Will Do:

  • Translate business requirements into technicalspecificationsleveragingSOA concepts and works directly with development groups withinitialdesign and oversee the implementation of the design.

  • Conduct cost benefit analysis todeterminethe feasibility of various design approaches and coordinate with application developers, data architects, applicationarchitectsand managers to ensure that required features are delivered.

  • Define application standards and specifications andparticipatesin design reviews and proactivelyescalatesissues for resolution while understanding the major impacts to technical and business-related areas.

  • Create technical designs that can be deployed andoperatedby service provider partners and internal resources.

  • Leads and develops a team of technical architects, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and ongoing capability development.

  • Develop and manage relationships with existing and future key service providers.

    • Direct implementation of Little Caesar middleware designs and:MaintainSLAs with service providers;

    • Ensure understanding of client requirementsregardingmiddleware services andcommunicateoperations andcommunicate effectivelyregardingmiddleware operations & environment changes.

  • Understand key service provider partner technology roadmaps and direction.

  • Develop understanding of client requirements regarding Design services and solutions based on client feedback and a broad understanding of client needs

  • Ensure compliancetoall SLA's and initiates actions when contract compliance is not being met.

  • Collaborate with the LCE IT leadership, forsoftware and hardware design and implementation and business documentation and support and toallocateresources for implementation and deployment of applications.

  • Ensure the security of data within the Little Caesar infrastructure.

  • Manage andmonitorthe infrastructure budget.

Role Expectations and Core Competencies:

  • Effective verbal,writtenand presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.

  • Evidence of ability to gain consensus among various providers and clients when addressing architecture issues and tofacilitatearchitectural/technical discussions.

  • Demonstrated ability to conduct research, drawconclusionsand make sound business-oriented recommendations.

  • Evidence of deep understanding of technology with an affinity for technological advancements and how they are applied to a business environment. Ability to articulate on-going pursuit of technical knowledge and experience.

  • Evidence of effective time management skills, including managing multiple time-sensitive projects.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relateddiscipline.Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu offormaldegree.

  • Minimum offive(5) yearsin Enterprise Applications and Architecture, Enterprise Integration (EAI), Web services, messaging, middleware, BPM, Single Sign On and various authentication protocols.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience managing a team

  • Experience in SOAP, JMS and architecting applications using any of the following: MQ, Tibco, Biztalk,Mulesoft,Boomiand opensource frameworks.

  • Experience in SQL, ERPOracle Cloud Fusion,ERP Workday Cloud,.NET,RESTarchitectureand Tiered Web applications.

  • Previousexperience with Message Oriented Middleware, Message Queues, Service Discovery and Service Orchestration Webservice Design, Enterprise Service Bus, Enterprise IntegrationPatternsBroad knowledge of SOA products and offerings.

  • Previousexperience with vendor management, service level agreements, contracts andmetricsand the ability to take corrective action when needed.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Eight(8) yearsormoreofrelevant experience in Enterprise Applications and Architecture.

  • Experience withrulesengines and event driven architecture.
