Job Title: Angular Web Developer / Lead
Location: Remote initially; upon conversion, must be onsite in Miami 4 days per week (Fridays remote)
Type: 6-month contract-to-hire
Coding Test: Required
Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Angular Developer/Lead to join our team and contribute to a multi-brand, guest-facing web application. This role requires strong technical expertise in Angular and related frameworks, with the ability to both code daily and provide leadership to the team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain features within an Angular monorepo using NgRx state management, Apollo GraphQL, and shared component libraries.
  • Build components leveraging Angular standalone component architecture across shared and feature-specific libraries.
  • Implement and manage NgRx stores, effects, and actions for complex state management.
  • Work with Stencil-based web components for shared UI elements such as payments, login, and loyalty.
  • Write and maintain unit tests (Jest) and end-to-end tests (Cypress), including accessibility testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and actively contribute to innovation within the team.

Required Qualifications
  • 6-10 years of professional experience in web development.
  • Strong expertise in Angular, AEM, and GraphQL.
  • Experience working in monorepo environments.
  • Ability to be hands-on with coding while also guiding and mentoring team members.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or Copilot.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and openness to learning new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
