Job description

This role is within our core AI organization, and will be focused on tooling to enable Personalization by product engineering teams. Candidates can differentiate themselves by experience in scalable architecture, data engineering and designing data platforms.
Responsible for complex application design, development, integration, delivery and support. Individual in this position must be a self-directed professional, who will use their expertise to influence teams on best approach with new and existing technologies and programming languages to achieve business goals.

What you will do:

  • Architect, design and deliver high-quality codebypromoting and designingINDGbest practices.

  • Solve complex problems in a creative manner in a timely fashion.

  • Act as the go-to expert in at least one technical area and have a very good working knowledge of the broader architecture of the entire system.

  • Strongly influence the direction on resolving/diagnosing/monitoring systems & platforms.

  • Identify key problems affecting their team and adopt innovative technical solutions to solve them.

  • Design and guide feature design and implementation of features for the entire team and deliver solutions for cross-team initiatives.

  • Participate in cross-business technical reviews.

  • Design and develop scalable, high-availability, high-performanceproducts.

  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

You need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.

  • 5 years of software development experience and/or commensurate skills building commercial applications with modern software engineering practices.

  • Experiencecompletingtasks quickly and efficiently at a production level.

  • Experiencerunningand taking ownership ofa large project deliverables both collaboratively and independently.

  • Experiencereducingthe complexity of projects, services, and processestoget more done with less work.

  • A track record of being a strong influencer and thought leader in thefull software development life cycle of distributed software delivery teams using Agile/Scrum andDevSecOpspractices.

  • Expertisewithcloud technologiesi.e.AWS, Serverless, Event DrivenArchitecture, SOA,MicroServices,Microfrontend, CI/CD, Infrastructure as code, and other modern technologies.

Compensation Range:

$150,000.00-$185,000.00

Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
