Job description

Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Project Coordinator and provide support and assistance to the Transmission Engineering-Internal Operations Resource and Work Planning organization. This assignment will coordinate with all team members and stakeholder groups for project-level task support and demand and capacity planning. This assignment is located in the Resource and Work Planning organization, Internal Operations, Engineering and Technical Service, Transmission Services. A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong background in customer service working with a large, diverse customer base.

This is a 2 year plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid based in Vancouver Washington with onsite 6 days per month. The hourly pay rate for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $5.09) is between $38.03 and $41.09 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.

The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, Organizational Development, Computer Science or other related technical discipline is preferred.
With a Bachelor's Degree in applicable fields, 5 years of experience is required.
With an Associate's Degree in applicable fields, 7 years of experience is required.
Without a degree, 9 years of experience is required.
Experience must be consistent with the specific requirements of engineering operations and progressively more technical in nature. Individual must be capable of applying a diversified knowledge of principles and practices in assigned technical areas. Requires a working knowledge of automated data systems.
Must possess a broad knowledge of engineering operations policies and procedures involving resource management, material and equipment inventory and control, as well as direct work experience, including all aspects of project support.
Advance knowledge of Microsoft Project and Project Web App.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
Read and interpret technical data visualization reports (such as PowerBI).
Valid U.S. Driver's License or RealID is required.
