Digital Analyst (12-month fixed term contract)

Are you passionate about data & analytics and eCommerce?

If yes, we are looking for an intermediate digital analyst on a 12-month fixed term contract that has the possibility of getting extended or becoming permanent to help improve site conversion rates, loyalty and customer experience by creating dashboards, insights and experiments.

As an intermediate digital analyst, you will Identify customer pain points and recommend site optimization opportunities by doing deep dive analyses in adobe analytics along with other tools such as content square, similar web and our offline data leveraging your SQL skills.

We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you’ll do:
  • Ensure stakeholders have the relevant KPIs, dashboards, and insights needed to understand and make informed decisions to drive the business strategy forward.

  • Monitor KPI’s and market trends to identify emerging trends and opportunities, and surface them during recurring business review rhythms or ad-hoc insights delivery.

  • Propose, design and analyze A/B tests in collaboration with technology teams to quantify the financial and customer experience impact of new site features and optimization initiatives.

  • Build, maintain and monitor data collection processes to ensure a high degree of reliability and accuracy for our stakeholders.

What we’re looking for:
  • 3+ years of web analytics experience, with a focus on delivering insights, building data products and reporting, and experimentation in an eCommerce setting.

  • 3+ years of experience in a web analytics tool, preferably with Adobe Analytics.

  • Understanding of how web analytics tracking works, and experience with defining measurement plans.

  • Intermediate proficiency with using SQL to extract and manipulate data and working knowledge of how relational data systems work.

  • Prior experience in using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau.
