Your Mission:

AfterShip's website is the front door to our brand and platform - the primary place where prospects, customers, and partners experience who we are and the value we deliver. You'll own the strategy and roadmap for AfterShip.com, ensuring it strengthens our brand, drives conversion, and contributes to pipeline and revenue.

This role goes beyond managing a website. You'll lead high-impact web initiatives from strategy through execution, partnering across marketing, creative, growth, and engineering. You'll use experimentation, analytics, SEO/AEO/GEO, and AI-native workflows to improve performance, discoverability, and how quickly we bring new experiences to market.

This is a high-impact role within our global team. There may be a need to work outside of regular office hours for meetings with APAC, with adequate advance notice provided.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the web strategy and roadmap: Set the direction for AfterShip.com, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and ensure the site drives revenue growth and strengthens our market position.
  • Lead major web initiatives: Personally program-manage key projects from strategy through launch, bringing together creative, engineering, product marketing, and growth teams to get work done.
  • Drive discoverability and organic growth: Partner with SEO/AEO/GEO experts to improve how AfterShip is discovered across search and AI platforms, connecting organic performance to pipeline.

  • Scale campaign and landing page production: Build systems that enable teams to quickly launch and iterate landing pages for ABM, vertical marketing, and paid campaigns.
  • Own web analytics and performance: Measure site and roadmap performance, use data to inform UX and messaging decisions, and regularly share insights with marketing leadership.
  • Shape AfterShip's web story: Partner with brand, product marketing, and creative to translate our evolving positioning into compelling experiences across the website.
  • Champion AI-native web production: Partner with engineering and creative to introduce AI-powered workflows that make building and launching web experiences faster and more scalable.

Who We're Looking For:

  • You've owned a B2B SaaS marketing website end-to-end - from strategy and roadmap through execution, with measurable business outcomes to show for it.
  • You've led major web initiatives as the DRI, such as a redesign, replatforming, migration, or technical SEO overhaul. You're hands-on and know how to take complex projects from plan to launch.
  • You have a strong experimentation and growth mindset. You've built and run tests that improved conversion, activation, or revenue, and you're comfortable using data to make prioritization decisions.
  • You can influence across teams and seniority levels. You've navigated competing priorities across product, product marketing, engineering, creative, and growth - and know when and how to push back.
  • You operate AI-native. Tools like Claude and ChatGPT are part of your everyday workflow, and you're excited about using AI to rethink traditional web, CMS, and production processes. Experience with vibe-coded page production is a plus.
  • You're technically fluent enough to partner closely with engineering. You understand HTML/CSS, analytics and event tracking, tag management, structured data, and modern web architecture.
  • You're comfortable with modern web and analytics tools, such as GA4, PostHog, Google Search Console, Semrush, headless CMS platforms, Figma, Claude Code, GitHub, and Cloudflare.
  • Experience marketing to retail or ecommerce decision-makers is a plus.

At AfterShip, we know great talent doesn't always fit every requirement. If you're passionate about our mission and believe you can make an impact, we encourage you to apply.
