Job description

Order Picker/Packer

WeatherTech Direct is seeking well-qualified Order Pickers/Packers to pick, package, and restock various products. Open positions are on 2nd Shift.

2nd Shift Times: 2:00-10:30pm

This is a great opportunity to join the WeatherTech Direct team!

  • High performing, reliable, and teamwork-minded employees are rewarded with a competitive compensation and benefits package including the potential to earn end of year bonuses and pay increases
  • The hourly rate of pay is $18.50 per hour or more depending on experience. 2nd Shift receives a $1.00 shift differential

As an Order Picker/Packer, you will

  • Pick orders by reading pick tickets (BOLs) and move product to the shipping area by operating an RF Scanner
  • Package various products to order specifications
  • Work as part of a team to ensure efficiency when processing orders
  • Train new and existing team members on different functions of the production area to ensure all can perform each task properly; share knowledge and best practices to help aid efficiency and productivity
  • Follow all safety and company procedures while performing work duties
  • Perform other duties as assigned, both within and outside of the department

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months related work experience
  • Experience using an RF Scanner
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to read and understand verbal and written work orders/instructions
  • A high degree of attention required to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
  • Lift up to 50lbs
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexibility to work weekends and overtime, as required
  • Fluent in English and authorized to work in the United States
