Job description

Product Install Specialist

WeatherTech Direct is seeking a well-qualified Product Install Specialist to install products in our customer’s vehicles and provide product information.
Schedules will vary and will include one or both weekend days

As a Product Install Specialist you will

  • Install a variety of recently purchased after-market products in our customer’s vehicles
  • Establish service by studying our showroom system requirements; gather any necessary products and tools; complete installation
  • Preserve rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by completing service in a timely manner
  • Inform customers about the installation process, and product maintenance
  • Stay informed about any new products and installation requirements
  • Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations including all established department policies and procedures
  • Interact with customers when applicable
  • Provide timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns
  • Work a varied schedule consisting of day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualified Candidates will

  • Have at least 6 months of experience installing products in vehicles
  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude and demeanor that represents the company in a positive light at all times
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have great attendance and punctuality
  • Be an excellent performer; deliver high quality results consistently
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Be authorized to work in the United States
