Job Title: Centro Evening Server
Reports to: Centro General Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary: Takes customer food and non/alcoholic beverage orders and completes currency transactions while performing the following duties below. Other duties may be assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Greets guests with a pleasant smile and providing superior customer service.
  2. Sets tables according to type of event and service standards.
  3. Takes orders and answers questions/offer suggestions on menu selections.
  4. Records transaction in point-of-sale system at time of order.
  5. Checks in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage.
  6. Presents accurate check to guest(s) and processes payment.
  7. Maintains cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
  8. Cleans and sets up tables/rooms.
  9. Completes all open/closing duties before clocking out.
Qualifications:
