What You'll Do

As a Sales Manager in Training, you'll develop both your sales and leadership abilities while working directly alongside experienced sales managers.


In-Home Sales

  • Meet with homeowners during company-provided appointments 
  • Conduct professional in-home consultations 
  • Present customized home improvement solutions 
  • Demonstrate product value, financing options, and promotional offers 
  • Close high-value residential sales 
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up 

Leadership Development

  • Learn and master our proven in-home sales process 
  • Participate in advanced leadership and management training 
  • Shadow experienced Sales Managers during coaching and field development 
  • Begin mentoring and supporting newer sales representatives 
  • Learn recruiting, onboarding, and team development strategies 
  • Develop the skills needed to lead a high-performing sales team
