Computer Enterprises, Inc. (CEI) is seeking a talented NOC Analyst to join our Client's dynamic team.

Job at a glance:
  • This is a long-term contract, with an initial term through 2026 but is planned for 2027 extension and would ideally convert to FTE
  • Pay range of $26-29/hr on W2 and eligible to sign up for benefits(Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k) on day 1
  • Onsite position5days/wkinWilmington, DE
  • This team is 24/7/365 and has two openings. Training schedule is Monday-Friday during 1st shift and lasts 3 weeks. After that, the schedule would be either Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday
    o 1st shift schedule of 7:00am-3:30pm
    o 3rd shift schedule of 11pm-7:30am
Job Description:
  • Monitorand maintained network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Respondpromptly to network incidents, leveraging SolarWinds for real-time troubleshooting and resolution to minimize downtime.
  • Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to implement network upgrades and improvements.
  • Utilize SolarWinds monitoring tools to analyze network traffic, identify potential issues, and proactively address them before impacting operations.
  • Implementand manageTidal Workload Automation for job scheduling and completion of requests, streamlining operational processes.
  • UtilizePuTTy for secure shell access to troubleshoot and configure routers and switches
  • AdministerVMWare vSphere for remotely accessing servers to troubleshoot outages and configure applications on desired virtual machines.
  • EmployCommvault to perform backups of all servers, ensuring company data integrity and security.
  • Processfiles in Reinsurance GO, contributing to efficient file management and supporting reinsurance operations.
  • Documentnetwork configurations, changes, and incidents using SolarWinds and Tidal for comprehensive tracking and analysis.
  • Participatein on-call rotations, providing 24/7 support for critical network issues.
  • Monitorand manageIT infrastructure using ServiceNow to track incidents, changes, and service requests, ensuring efficient resolution and adherence to SLAs.
  • Implemented and maintained Thycotic - Secret Server for privileged access management, safeguarding sensitive information and ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations.
  • UtilizeGoAnywhere for secure file transfers and automation, streamlining operational workflows and enhancing data security.
  • Manageuser authentication and access control using DUO Admin, enhancing the organization's cybersecurity posture.
  • Configureand support Citrix Receiver and Citrix Director for virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), providing seamless remote access and efficient desktop management.
  • Managevoicemail systems using Cisco Unity, ensuring reliable communication services for the organization.
  • Configureand maintainInfoblox Grid Manager for DNS, DHCP, and IP address management, optimizing network performance and reliability.
