Job description

Call Center Customer Service Associate needed for a busy medical practice in Buckhead. Must be polished and bubbly. M-F,  8-430pm, wear scrubs. This position will be the first point of contact for patients, providing scheduling support, answering inquiries, and ensuring every caller feels heard, respected, and helped.

Pay, $21-$25/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

· Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling

appointments.

· Provide accurate information regarding services, locations, and insurance requirements.

· Handle patient concerns with empathy and escalate issues when necessary.

· Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure accurate data entry into our electronic

systems.

· Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Prior customer service or call center experience in a medical or

healthcare setting.

· Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

· Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

· Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software (EMR experience a plus).
