About The Role

We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our wealth management organization. 

The Client Service Associate (CSA) is a key member of the GC Wealth team, supporting the delivery of high-quality service and efficient execution of client needs. This role partners closely with Relationship Managers and Analysts to provide day-to-day support across client accounts and operations. This professional oversees complex client relationships, and serves as a trusted resource for both clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and client-focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support client service efforts by responding to inquiries and assisting with relationship management for high-net-worth clients
  • Assist with client onboarding, including account openings, KYC documentation, and entity setup (e.g., trusts, LLCs)
  • Process cash movements, wires, journals, and securities transfers accurately and in line with firm policies
  • Handle account maintenance requests (e.g., beneficiary updates, address changes, standing instructions)
  • Monitor accounts for required actions (e.g., RMDs, KYC updates) and escalate as needed
  • Support alternative investment activity, including subscriptions, capital calls, and redemptions
  • Track and follow up on outstanding items across custodians, banks, and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation for reporting and compliance
  • Deliver a high-quality client experience and escalate complex issues appropriately
  • Monitor and follow through on outstanding items across custodians, banks, and internal departments.

  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal/external reviews.
  • Anticipate client needs and deliver a white-glove, highly responsive service experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Client Service Associate or similar role within a wealth management or investment advisory firm.
  • In-depth knowledge of custodial platforms, account administration, and financial operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver exceptional service.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with wealth management technology platforms and CRM systems.
