The Wealth Management Associate supports the New Business team by ensuring every client's onboarding process is smooth, accurate, and professional. You will assist with CRM management, financial application tracking, client appointments, and assets under management (AUM) processes.
This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for client service, looking to grow within a boutique yet resource-backed wealth management firm.Responsibilities:
  • Assist with New Business appointments involving Financial Planners, Insurance Specialists, Third Party Managers, and Annuity Processing Managers.
  • Update CRM statuses, tier groups, meeting outcomes, and advisor instructions.
  • Enter new account information, notes, and documentation into CRM and financial trackers.
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments via phone and text.
  • Greet clients and ensure a professional experience during meetings with advisors.
  • Complete audit calls for client accounts as needed.
  • Manage all financial trackers and ensure timely input of client information.
  • Complete the AUM process for new applications, including drafting agreements, handling Transfers of Assets (TOA), Standard Payment Instructions (SPI), and Add Advisor forms.
  • Assist clients with signing AUM applications and ensure accuracy.
  • Open accounts, complete allocations, rollovers, and transfers.
  • Send meeting recaps to clients.
  • Provide, assist, and review all necessary documentation with clients.
  • Always put the client's best interest first.
  • Stay informed on industry regulations, compliance, and tax law changes.
  • Support ongoing New Business projects as assigned.
  • Pursue ongoing education to enhance financial knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or related roles.
  • Strong background in finance or wealth management, with knowledge of annuities, life insurance, and investment accounts.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (verbal and written).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM systems and financial tracking tools.
  • Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy.

Compensation:
$45,000-$65,000 Annually (Base Salary + Performance Incentives)
