This position is ideal for professionals who have a proven ability to develop executive-level relationships, manage complex sales opportunities, and deliver consultative business solutions within the financial services and commercial real estate industries. As a Major Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic client relationships while expanding Chrysolite IMC's Private Wealth Management and Commercial Real Estate investment platforms. Position Summary The Major Account Executive is responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing enterprise-level client relationships through strategic business development, executive presentations, consultative sales, and long-term account management. This position serves as a senior revenue-producing role focused on building sustainable client relationships, increasing market penetration, and supporting the Company's long-term strategic growth initiatives. Primary Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic business development plans to generate new enterprise business. Build relationships with executive decision-makers, business owners, investors, and institutional organizations. Identify opportunities for Private Wealth Management, Commercial Real Estate Investing, business consulting, and capital market solutions. Conduct executive-level discovery meetings, presentations, and solution consultations. Develop customized proposals and coordinate client engagement strategies. Negotiate business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships. Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts. Collaborate with Executive Leadership to support regional and national growth initiatives. Maintain complete CRM documentation, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting. Represent Chrysolite IMC at networking events, conferences, business associations, and industry functions.
