POSITION OVERVIEW
An independent wealth management firm is seeking a Wealth Management Client Service Associate to support its Advisors and clients with account administration, client onboarding, service requests, and day-to-day operational needs.

This position is intended for someone who already has direct experience supporting Financial Advisors or Wealth Advisors. General banking, insurance, customer service, or administrative experience alone will not qualify.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support Financial Advisors with daily client service and account administration.
  • Open and maintain brokerage, advisory, retirement, and trust accounts.
  • Process account transfers, distributions, deposits, money movement, and beneficiary changes.
  • Collect, review, and submit required client documentation.
  • Assist with client onboarding and account-opening paperwork.
  • Prepare meeting materials, reports, and investment-review packages.
  • Communicate with clients regarding routine account needs and outstanding documentation.
  • Coordinate with custodians and internal partners to resolve account issues.
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM and portfolio-management systems.
  • Track open service requests through completion.
MUST HAVES
  • 2+years of direct wealth management experience.
  • Experience supporting Financial Advisors, Wealth Advisors, or Private Wealth teams.
  • Experience must come from an RIA, broker-dealer, private wealth firm, investment advisory firm, or wealth management division of a bank.
