Today, more than 500 First Command Financial Advisors – four out five of whom are veterans or military spouses – are committed to the company’s mission of coaching those who serve in their pursuit of financial security.

Located at the Marine Corps Base Quantico and The Basic School Area, we are seeking an immediate opening for a transitioning service member or veteran from the local area to join our team as a Financial Advisor.

Strong math skills are not the most important quality for a financial advisor. We believe the three most important qualities for our Advisors to possess are:

  • Knowing and understanding the people they seek to serve.
  • Possessing strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Having a genuine passion to serve.
