Job description

Dreyer Wealth Management: Administrative Assistant / Client Service Associate

In Person: 331 E Washington St, Appleton, WI 54911

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

About Us

Dreyer Wealth Management is a client-focused financial advisory firm dedicated to helping individuals and families make confident financial decisions through thoughtful financial planning and investment management. We believe the best financial advice starts with strong relationships, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to doing what's right for our clients.

Our team takes pride in doing great work, following through on the details, holding themselves accountable, and raising the bar for the service we provide. We also believe a strong team culture matters. We celebrate progress, support one another's growth, and make room for a little fun along the way!

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Administrative Assistant / Client Service Associate who finds genuine satisfaction in doing process-driven work with care and consistency - someone who takes pride in the behind-the-scenes work that makes every client interaction run smoothly.

What You'll Do

As an Administrative Assistant / Client Service Associate, you'll play a hands-on role across the full client service workflow, from preparing for meetings to seeing follow-up tasks through to completion. No two days are exactly alike, but the common thread is doing detail-oriented work that directly supports the client experience.

  • Pull and organize relevant account information to create accurate reports ahead of each meeting
  • Greet clients and ensure the office and conference rooms are ready for appointments
  • Complete post-meeting follow-up tasks: opening accounts, processing paperwork, and updating client records in our CRM
  • Make outbound calls to clients and investment companies to follow up on account requests and paperwork
  • Assist with client account service requests and documentation
  • Answer and direct incoming calls from clients and investment companies
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Maintain accurate, organized client records in digital files
  • Support operational workflows related to client service and investment accounts
  • Assist team members with various administrative tasks and projects as needed

Who You Are

The ideal Administrative Assistant is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a professional, client-focused environment. You're someone who takes pride in accuracy, follows through on the details without being asked, and finds real satisfaction in knowing your work is done right.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Process-oriented - you follow systems consistently and take ownership of your work
  • Reliable follow-through - you complete what you start and flag issues early
  • Proficient with computers and modern office technology
  • Comfortable communicating with clients by phone and email
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working at a computer for the majority of the day
  • Positive, professional attitude with a team-oriented mindset
  • Genuine interest in building a career in the financial services industry

Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or client service role is a plus.

Experience in financial services is not required, we are happy to teach the right candidate!

Why Join Us

We believe great teams build great businesses, and we take pride in creating a supportive workplace where people can grow.

  • Retirement plan with employer match
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays
  • Employer-paid short-term disability insurance
  • Quarterly team-building events and outings
  • Bonuses based on company performance and profitability
  • Work-life balance: no nights or weekends
  • Paid half-day Fridays in the summer

Background Requirements

Final candidates must complete and pass a FINRA background check and fingerprinting.

Additional Details

Start Date: Targeting a mid-August to early September start, with flexibility for the right candidate.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Friday’s 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Memorial day to Labor day)

Location: In-person only - 331 E Washington St, Appleton, WI 54911

If you're detail-driven, client-focused, and interested in building a career in financial services, we'd love to hear from you!
