Position Summary

A Miami-based financial services firm is seeking a bilingual Wealth Management Associate to provide dedicated operational and sales support to an assigned financial advisor or team of financial advisors. This position works directly with advisors, clients, and internal departments to facilitate account activity and resolve service and operational matters.


Responsibilities

  • Review account-opening documentation for compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide product and sales information to existing and prospective clients.
  • Process fund distributions and asset movements.
  • Work with internal departments and clients to resolve service and operational matters.
  • Provide information regarding internal procedures.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports.
  • Provide additional operational and sales support as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of three years of related experience.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required.
  • Knowledge and understanding of brokerage systems or applications.
  • Strong client-service and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
