Role Overview
We are seeking an Associate, Private Wealth Client Services to support a collaborative team of
advisors serving a select group of high-net-worth families. This individual will play a critical role in delivering a high-touch client experience while gaining exposure to all aspects of wealth management.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong service mindset who is looking to deepen their experience working with sophisticated clients and, over time, has the potential to grow into a broader advisory capacity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client service and operational needs, delivering a responsive, high-quality experience
  • Support client onboarding, including account setup, asset transfers, and coordination of required documentation
  • Manage ongoing account maintenance (e.g., ownership changes, beneficiary updates, trust accounts, and related requests)
  • Coordinate cash movements, distributions, and other transactions with custodians and banking partners
  • Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce and support reporting needs
  • Organize and manage client documentation, including tax and legal materials
  • Partner with internal and external professionals (e.g., CPAs, attorneys) to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Assist advisors with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and ad hoc client requests

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, ideally supporting high-net-worth clients
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and client service orientation
  • Clear communicator with strong written and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with a willingness to take ownership and solve problems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce, Addepar, or custodial platforms is a plus

What We Offer:
At Cresset, we focus on people first. As a service business, our people are our assets. Engaging our clients and employees is our highest priority. Starting base salary is $75,000 - $100,000. Salary will be based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, licenses/certifications, industry knowledge, and geographic location.
