  • Conduct all Get to Know meetingsย 

  • Maximize all new business development opportunitiesย 

  • Manage top 20% of the teamโ€™s client reviews.ย 

  • Dedicate at leastย 80% of time in business development.ย 

  • Work with management team on improving client/prospect experience.ย 

  • Manage & develop Lead and Associate Advisors.ย 

  • Collaborate onย new marketingย strategies, programs, segments, and services models to drive new clients to the firm.ย 

  • Serves on investment management committee or helpsย determineย firm investment strategies for clients.ย 

Experienceย you'llย need:ย 

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field is typicallyย required.ย 

  • Certification such asย Certified Financial Planner (CFP)ย isย required.ย 

  • A portable book of existing clients is preferred.ย 

  • 10ย years experienceย in financial planning, investment management, or a related field.ย
