Because We Care is a non-medical home health care agency that needs an experienced LPN to complete supervisory visits in our client’s home or facility in the Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas. You will be paid per assessment. Our clientele is primarily the elderly and disabled. We require our nursing staff to be compassionate, thoughtful, understanding, and attentive. Time management skills are essential. If you enjoy working outside of a clinical setting and having a flexible schedule, please submit your resume. This position is strictly PRN.

The responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to

Duties for this role include performing in-home assessments of clients to determine their support and clinical needs and conducting scheduled supervisory visits to clients' homes;  perform medication reviews; deliver education that will enhance the client’s quality of life; provide regulatory compliant documentation and conduct supervision of CNA's and PCA's.

Educational requirements:

Diploma / LPN

Experience:

  • Nursing: 1 year (Required)
  • Home health: 1 year (Preferred)
  • License/Certification:
  • BLS/FA Certification (Required)
  • LPN (Required)
  • Willingness to travel:
  • 100% (Required)

Work Location: Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas 

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 20 per week

Experience:

  • Nursing: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • BLS Certification (Required)
  • LPN (Required)

Work Location: Multiple locations and must be able/willing to drive with applicants own car.
