Summary

Join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals in Milford, MA, with WCS Healthcare Partners. We are seeking dedicated and skilled Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics professionals to provide exceptional care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients across all age groups including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.
  • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as aerosol therapy, arterial blood gas analysis, and mechanical ventilation management.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, and Respiratory Services to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the Meditech charting system.
  • Participate in patient education and discharge planning to promote optimal respiratory health outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy, preferably in a community hospital or trauma setting.
  • Current MA RRT License and certifications in ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS.
  • Proficiency in adult critical care, aerosol setup, BiPAP/CPAP management, and interpretation of arterial blood gases.
  • Strong skills in respiratory therapies including intubation assistance, tracheostomy care, and weaning from mechanical ventilation.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and block scheduling.
