Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 base salary + performance-based commissions (Total compensation potential exceeding $100,000 annually)

About the Opportunity

The Hire Mark is recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing kitchen and bath fixtures company with a successful e-commerce, wholesale, and showroom business.

The company has also launched an exciting luxury product line currently featured in seven showrooms, with aggressive expansion plans to grow to more than 30 locations. They are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager who wants to be involved in every aspect of a growing business and build a long-term career with significant advancement opportunities.

This position reports directly to ownership and offers a clear path to a Director of Operations role.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple departments, including sales, customer service, fulfillment, inventory, and warehouse operations

  • Help drive the expansion of the company's luxury brand through dealer development, showroom partnerships, trade shows, social media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce initiatives

  • Manage customer service operations, including phone, email, showroom support, and remote customer service staff

  • Supervise virtual assistants and offshore support teams

  • Create customer quotes using Shopify and internal sales platforms

  • Manage returns, warranty claims, chargebacks, and order issues

  • Oversee order processing, shipping, FBA shipments, and fulfillment operations

  • Maintain and grow online sales channels including Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Wayfair, and additional marketplaces

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure operational efficiency

  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and profitability

  • Work closely with ownership on business growth initiatives and strategic projects

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of operations management experience in an e-commerce, wholesale, distribution, or retail environment

  • Strong Shopify experience required

  • Experience managing marketplace channels such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or Wayfair

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and departments simultaneously

  • Experience supervising employees or offshore teams is preferred

  • Experience with trade shows, brand development, or influencer marketing is a plus

  • Kitchen & bath, home improvement, hardware, or related industry experience is preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits
  • $60,000–$80,000 base salary
